Aya Gold & Silver is seeking a senior lawyer to report to the Chief Legal Officer and support the company through its growth phase. The role encompasses negotiating commercial contracts, project financing, strategic procurement, acquisitions, dispute management, and daily operational support with teams in Canada and Morocco.

You will be part of a small team where your contributions influence business decisions, travel to Morocco several times a year, and you will bring 8–12 years of experience
