Both strategic and tactical, we help organizations across a wide range of industries thrive in today’s rapidly evolving world.## Our promiseHelp our clients succeed and maximize the impact of their transformation initiatives, turning them into powerful drivers of growth and innovation.## Job description**Here's a brief overview of the tasks and responsibilities you'll have :*** Lead cybersecurity projects from planning to close-out ensuring alignment with business objectives and organizational priorities;* Develop project plans, define resource requirements and coordinate their allocation;* Mobilize internal and external contributors to help achieve delivery goals;* Frame scope, timelines, budgets, risks, issues, procurement, and change requests;* Structure implementation activities, assign responsibilities and follow up on commitments;* Harmonize interdependencies across different initiatives, teams, and vendors;* Check invoices from external partners and follow up on contractual obligations;* Prepare progress reports and present the status of projects to sponsors and governance bodies;* Lead project committees,



follow-up meetings and decision-making activities;* Drive transitions between the different phases of implementation and support the transition to operations;* Ensure compliance with current project management methodologies, processes and standards;* Coordinate project resources and follow up on completed work;* Make the required decisions in collaboration with relevant stakeholders and managers;* Contribute to the success of cybersecurity initiatives related to cloud environments, software platforms, and endpoint protection technologies.**The profile we are looking for is as follows:*** Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, computer engineering or a related discipline;* Have five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in managing large-scale cybersecurity projects;* Carry out mandates related to cloud security, software-as-a-service or endpoint protection initiatives;* Operate in complex organizational contexts with multiple teams, partners, and vendors;* Coordinate projects involving cybersecurity technologies and platforms;* Understand business processes and organizational governance mechanisms;* Manage initiatives in matrix environments;* Use project management methods, tools and practices effectively;* Knowledge of cybersecurity ecosystems associated with CrowdStrike or SAP is an asset;* Leverage Google environments in a context of technological delivery, an asset;* Hold a recognized project management certification such as Project Management Professional, Agile Certified Practitioner or Professional Scrum Master is an asset;* Demonstrate mobilizing leadership, excellent judgment and robust decision-making skills;* Communicate effectively with managers, technical teams, suppliers and business partners.
