You will contribute to building backend services and APIs that power critical business flows such as application processing, authentication, and partner integrations. You will work within a cross-functional POD that includes Software Engineers, Quality Engineers, Business Systems Analysts, a Product Owner, and a Scrum Master, collaborating to deliver end-to-end features. Your work directly impacts customer and partner-facing capabilities across multiple environments, contributing to enterprise-scale platforms that require solid reliability, performance, and security standards.Job Details – What You’ll DoBuild and deliver quality featuresDesign, develop,



and deliver small to medium-sized features end-to-end within sprint timelinesWrite clean, maintainable, and testable code aligned with team standardsContribute to API development and system integrationsCollaborate within the PODWork closely with engineers, quality teams, and analysts to refine requirements and deliver solutionsParticipate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectivesContribute ideas and feedback during design and code reviewsOwn your deliveryTake accountability for assigned work items from design through productionCommunicate progress, risks, and dependencies clearlyEnsure delivered features meet quality, performance, and security expectationsSolve problems and improve systemsDebug and resolve issues using logs, metrics, and systematic analysisIdentify root causes and contribute to improvements in code and processesApply engineering best practices such as testing, version control,
