Job Title:RPA Developer - UipathJob Type:Full TimeLocation:Toronto, ON (Onsite)Job DescriptionWe are seeking an experiencedRPA Developer - Uipathwith 6–8 years of RPA development experience, including a minimum of 4+ years of hands‑onUiPathexperience. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, workflow development, integrations, and production support.The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining scalable RPA solutions while ensuring compliance with enterprise architecture, security, and governance standards.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and implement RPA processes usingUiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and AssistantBuild robust and scalable workflows following coding and automation best practicesIntegrate UiPath solutions with APIs, databases, and third‑party applicationsAnalyze business processes and identify automation and optimization opportunitiesPrepare Process Definition Documents (PDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), and technical specificationsDeploy bots through UiPath Orchestrator and manage scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshootingProvide post‑production support and resolve automation incidentsPerform root‑cause analysis and implement enhancements to existing automationsEnsure RPA solutions comply with security, architecture, and governance standardsConduct code reviews to ensure quality, reusability,



and maintainabilityMaintain technical documentation for automations and system configurationsCollaborate with QA, infrastructure, business analysts, and process ownersParticipate in Agile ceremonies including stand‑ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesMentor junior RPA developers and contribute to knowledge‑sharing initiativesRequired Skills & Experience6–8 years of RPA development experience with at least 4+ years of UiPath experienceStrong expertise inUiPath Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework, and Workflow AnalyzerHands‑on knowledge of Selectors, Queues, Triggers, Assets, and exception handlingExperience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, SQL, and VB/C#Experience integrating UiPath with OCR technologies such as ABBYY or Document UnderstandingKnowledge of attended and unattended bots, robots, virtual machines, and RPA infrastructureFamiliarity with Git and Azure DevOpsUnderstanding of Power Automate and WorkFusion is an advantageStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsPreferred QualificationsUiPath certifications such as UiARD, UiRPA, or Advanced Developer CertificationExperience in BFSI, healthcare, retail, or large enterprise environmentsExposure to AI/ML‑based automation, Process Mining, and Task MiningUnderstanding of Agile/Scrum methodologiesJob Type:Full TimeLocation:Toronto, ONWork Model:OnsiteExperience:6–8 Years#J-18808-Ljbffr
