The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of change management experience and a deep understanding of HR service delivery models. Responsibilities include developing change strategies, conducting impact assessments, and collaborating with various departments to ensure successful adoption of recent HR technologies. This is a strategic leadership role aimed at transforming the HR landscape into a modern, employee-centric model.
