A private equity firm in Toronto is seeking a mid-senior level legal professional to draft and negotiate transaction documents and manage external counsel. Candidates should have 2-6 years of corporate M&A; experience and a license to practice in Ontario. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and drafting skills are required. This full-time role offers a market-competitive salary range of CA$150,000 to CA$275,000.
