In this role, you'll report directly to the VP of Strategic Finance, playing a vital part in managing 1Password's consolidated financial plans and forecasts. You will engage with various teams to align financial strategies with corporate objectives, particularly focusing on AI and cloud-related spending initiatives. This position offers the chance to build and mentor a dynamic finance team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Own comprehensive financial planning and analysis
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and G&A; teams
• Monitor and optimize cloud and AI investment strategies




• Drive operational excellence in financial processes
• Foster continuous improvement through KPI management
Requirements:
• 8+ years of finance experience, with leadership exposure
• Background in SaaS or cybersecurity is preferred
• Proven skills in financial accuracy and strategic thinking
• Solid analytical and decision-making capabilities
• MBA, CPA, or CFA advantageous
