Elk Valley Resources (EVR) in British Columbia invites a co-op student to join the Talent Management team for 8 or 12 months starting January 2027. You will support performance management, succession planning, leadership development, and learning programs while working with a multidisciplinary team on reports and communications.

Seeking an undergraduate or master’s student in HR/OD or commerce with HR focus; solid communication, confidentiality, and MS Office/SharePoint skills are essential.
