The Veneto Tennis Club is an indoor tennis facility located in Woodbridge. We are currently seeking a Front Desk Representative to handle reception and clerical responsibilities at our main entrance. We’re looking for someone who is mature, enthusiastic, friendly, quick to learn, and able to communicate clearly with clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for answering phone calls, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff, assisting the manager with administrative tasks, speaking with current and prospective members about club programs and events, and processing payments.

Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests




Book courts for members and guests
Receive and process payments
Answer questions about club programs/events and address complaints
Answer all incoming calls and redirect them or keep messages
Keep front desk, lobby, washroom tidy and presentable

Job Types: Part time, Full-time Pay: $17.95 per hour
