We’re looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our TA team. This is a great chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment, learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition, and support the hiring of top talent across the business, including future intern cohorts
Assist in screening candidates for open roles using Lever (our ATS)
Help coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
Support TA Partners with pipeline management, candidate follow-ups, and scheduling
Draft job descriptions, post roles, and help maintain our careers page
Assist with recruiting reports and documentation (e.g., tracking candidate stages or metrics)
Contribute to employer branding initiatives, including social media or campus outreach
Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition and HR team
Support intern hiring initiatives, including coordination, outreach, and process logistics
