Lookout Housing and Health Society seeks a Tenant Support Worker to assist residents with education, services, and skills training to foster independence and stability in housing. The role reports to the Site Manager and aligns with Lookout’s ethics and mission.

Responsibilities include intake support, crisis intervention, finances and medication management, and close collaboration with residents to promote healthier living arrangements.
