Living is seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Tenant Companion. This position focuses on supporting seniors in a supportive housing setting, enhancing their self-esteem and encouraging independence. You will provide vital assistance, medication reminders, and engage tenants in meaningful recreational activities. Key Responsibilities:
Assist with personal supports and hygiene tasks
Provide medication reminders following site protocols
Maintain tenant suites and common areas in a secure condition
Help orient current tenants with a welcoming approach
Organize and lead social and recreational activities Requirements:
Preference for those experienced as Tenant Companions
High School Diploma or equivalent
Previous experience caring for the elderly preferred
Ability to work independently and as a team member
Must obtain Vulnerable Sector Check if not current Support seniors’ wellbeing and active lifestyles with Cogir Senior Living.
