We’re looking for a compassionate, community-minded Outreach Worker to provide culturally secure, trauma-informed, and client-centred support to Indigenous individuals and families. You’ll help with intake, referrals, advocacy, crisis response, practical supports, and connections to community services.

What You Bring
Frontline, outreach, intake, advocacy, or case-support experience
Knowledge of Indigenous histories, cultures, community strengths, and barriers to services
Strong communication, assessment, documentation, and crisis-support skills
Education in social services or a related field—or an equivalent combination of lived experience, cultural knowledge, and frontline experience

Position Details

Full time | Monday to Friday

Some evening, weekend,



community-event, or mobile outreach work may be required. A valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle may be required. A current vulnerable sector or criminal record check is required as a condition of employment.
