Our client, a Toronto-based strategic and legal advisory firm, seeks an Associate with 1–4 years post-call experience in corporate and securities law to join its team.

You will work directly with clients on live mandates, handling matters from strategy to execution across transactions, governance disputes, capital structure matters and investigations. Robust drafting, judgment and commercial sense are essential.
