You'll need a proactive approach to fostering social skills, ensuring medication administration, and addressing personal fulfillment objectives in an inclusive work workplace. Key Responsibilities:
Train individuals in essential social skills and leisure activities
Develop strategies to overcome obstacles to quality of life




Administer medications as per established procedures
Follow all Behavioral and Crisis Protocols as required
Nurture positive engagement with families and support networks Requirements:
Human Services Diploma or related experience
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Capability to physically assist adults with ASD
Valid G2 Driver’s License, reliable vehicle access
