Duties
Engage with customers both in-person and over the phone to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
Present used vehicles effectively, highlighting features and perks to maximize sales opportunities
Negotiate prices and financing options confidently to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership goals
Manage a robust sales pipeline by following up with leads, scheduling test drives, and nurturing ongoing customer relationships
Upsell additional products or services such as warranties, insurance, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and dealership revenue
Maintain detailed records of all sales activities,



customer interactions, and inventory status using dealership management systems
Collaborate with sales support staff and management to develop marketing strategies that attract new customers and retain existing ones
