Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries to foster a positive shopping environment
Support merchandising efforts by organizing products on shelves and displays to maximize visual appeal
Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to encourage customer engagement and upselling opportunities
Operate the POS (Point of Sale)



system accurately for transactions, cash handling, and receipts
Manage stock levels, perform inventory checks, and restock shelves efficiently
Provide excellent customer service through active communication, phone etiquette, and attentive listening
Assist in maintaining store cleanliness, organization, and safety standards to ensure a welcoming space for all shoppers
Manage and prepare Uber Eats, Instacard and other online delivery orders

Skills
Previous experience in retail sales is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation
Basic math skills for cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management
Demonstrated organizational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks

Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
