Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented Sterilization Technician to join our dental practice. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of infection control and sterilization protocols to ensure patient safety and smooth clinic operations.
Ensures dental instruments and equipment are clean and germ-free for patient and staff safety
Performs sterilization procedures (cleaning, sterilizing, handling, and inspecting instruments)
Implements strict infection control measures
Maintains the sterilization area and documents the sterilization processes
Stocks and organizes necessary supplies
Supports a secure and efficient dental practice by preventing infections and ensuring equipment readiness

Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience is required.
Robust organizational skills with attention to detail in record keeping and instrument management.
Flexibility to work weekends.
Proficiency in Cantonese and Mandarin is an asset.
