As part of the Gaspard team, your responsibilities will include managing the distribution of academic regalia during the convocation ceremonies.

This position is essential to creating a qualified and welcoming atmosphere, while efficiently handling all tasks involved in regalia management. Your robust communication and organizational skills will greatly contribute to the overall success of the event. Key Responsibilities:
Welcome graduates and faculty with professional customer service
Unpack and prepare gowns and hoods efficiently




Help with setup and cleanup of the hood and gown area
Distribute regalia to attendees according to instructions
Maintain cleanliness in the workspace throughout the event Requirements:
Preference for current students of U of Winnipeg
Excellent verbal communication skills
Physically capable of lifting 25+ kg
Must demonstrate punctuality and organization
