Shared Health-Soins Communs seeks a Site Medical Lead in Winnipeg to provide leadership for planning, organization and quality of medical care at the site. This role reports to the Community Area Director and consults with WRHA Regional Primary Care Medical Director/Chief Medical Officer as required.

The position requires oversight of staff scheduling, budget management and engagement with an interdisciplinary team to advance service delivery and quality improvement.
