We are currently seeking to hire a Sample Preparation Technician who enjoys collaborating within a talented and energetic team for our Toronto (Concord) laboratory.

Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated Sample Preparation Technician to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing samples for testing, ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout the process. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a rapid-paced laboratory environment where precision and attention to detail are essential for success.

Duties
Prepare samples according to established protocols, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
Conduct quality control checks on samples to verify integrity and compliance with standards.
Collect and record data accurately during sample preparation and testing procedures.




Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laboratory workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.
Collaborate with team members to improve sample preparation processes and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements
Previous laboratory experience or training in sample preparation is highly preferred.
Strong analysis skills with an eye for detail to ensure high-quality results.
Proficiency in basic math for measurements, calculations, and data recording.
Knowledge of quality control procedures to maintain sample integrity.
Ability to follow detailed instructions carefully and work efficiently in a team environment.
Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
