Responsibilities
Manage daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow coordination, and inventory control
Lead and motivate a team of mechanics and technicians to achieve operational excellence
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs, explaining repair options, and ensuring satisfaction
Oversee automotive repairs, ensuring quality standards and safety protocols are maintained
Drive sales through upselling additional services and parts while maintaining integrity and transparency
Handle cash transactions accurately, including invoicing and cash handling procedures
Maintain a clean, organized,



and efficient work environment to optimize productivity and safety

Skills
Proven dealership experience with a strong understanding of automotive sales processes
Mechanical experience with hands-on knowledge of vehicle repair and maintenance
Deep mechanical knowledge to assess repairs, troubleshoot issues, and guide technicians effectively
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build trust with clients
Strong sales aptitude with a focus on upselling services without compromising integrity
Experience in automotive repair settings with familiarity in parts inventory management
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and maintain detailed financial records
