Become a vital part of PLASP Child Care Services as a Relief Special Needs Support Staff in Brampton. This role is essential for supporting children’s emotional and educational development after school. As a member of the Special Needs Support team, you will help establish a caring workplace conducive to learning and social integration.

You must be available for at least three afternoons a week to provide individualized support and to encourage children’s self-esteem while they interact with peers. Active participation in meetings and training is also a key responsibility. Key Responsibilities:
Maintain a nurturing workplace for children
Assist in integrating children into programs with supervision
Support individual behavior management strategies
Participate in staff training and meetings
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure children's needs are met Requirements:
Early Childhood Education diploma or similar qualification
Experience with children with diverse needs preferred
Solid organizational and communication skills
Certification in First Aid and CPR required
