Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated Snow Labourer to join our Sidewalk Crew during the winter season. This energetic role involves assisting with snow removal and sidewalk maintenance to ensure protected and accessible pathways for our clients. Responsibilities
Operate hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment such as snow blowers and shovels to explicit sidewalks and pathways efficiently
Assist with the setup and removal of snow barriers and signage for safety purposes
Maintain cleanliness of work areas by removing snow, ice, and debris promptly
Collaborate with team members to ensure all work meets safety standards and project deadlines
Perform routine inspections of equipment used in snow removal operations

Experience
Previous experience in construction,



landscaping, or outdoor manual labour is preferred but not required
Familiarity with mechanical tools, hand tools, and power tools is advantageous
Knowledge of landscape maintenance, horticulture, or irrigation systems is a plus
Ability to operate small machinery such as excavators or similar equipment is beneficial
Solid physical stamina and the ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions are essential
