Duties
Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and create an exceptional customer experience
Greet consignors warmly and create an easy and seamless consignment experience
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts.
Assist customers with product selection
Assist consignors in their consignment experience
Maintain an organized and clean store & displays
Handle cashiering duties accurately,
including processing payments via cash, credit/debit cards, or e-commerce platforms
Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving concerns promptly in person, on the phone, email and on socials
Skills
Strong communication skills in English
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail sales processes
Passion for fashion, consignment and working with humans
Experience in merchandising to create or maintain appealing product displays that attract customers
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to multitask
