Responsibilities
Mow and maintain the lawns around the property
Maintain the appearance of the parking lot
Make sure the area around dump trailers is free of debris, nails, screws, glass, and miscellaneous garbage
Wash and maintain company vehicles
Make sure vehicle oil changes are completed
Bring vehicles to scheduled maintenance appointments
Fix Equipment
Maintain a clean shop

Requirements

And Travel Requirements This is a part-time position with versatile working hours varying between 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday–Friday. This position would require travel to our Hermantown location to complete the same tasks. Transportation will be provided. Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
