Westcore Training Duncan is looking for a full-time Training Manager to lead our training floor and deliver an exceptional experience for our members.

This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who loves coaching, takes pride in running a qualified training environment, and can confidently lead both members and staff.

Responsibilities
Coach and supervise semi-private personal training sessions
Ensure every member receives a personalized, high-quality training experience
Lead, support and hold trainers accountable to Westcore standards
Maintain a clean, organized and skilled training floor
Assist with member onboarding, assessments and program design
Build strong relationships with members and help drive retention
Help create a positive, energetic and team-focused culture




Work closely with management to ensure the location runs smoothly

What We're Looking For Personal training certification is required and experience are preferred. More importantly, we're looking for someone who is reliable, professional, confident with people and capable of taking ownership of the training side of the business.

This is a full-time, salary-based position with a secure schedule and an opportunity to grow with Westcore as we continue expanding across BC.

Compensation: Salary – based on experience

Pay: $5,000.00-$6,000.00 per month

Licence/Certification
Certified Personal Trainer (required)
