We are seeking a friendly and efficient Server to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional customer service in a quick-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring guests have a positive dining experience. Responsibilities
Must have smart serve
Greet customers warmly and take their food and beverage orders accurately
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Prepare basic food items as needed, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including dining spaces and kitchen stations
Assist with food handling and ensure proper food safety procedures are followed




Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly
Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service delivery

Experience
Prior experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
Knowledge of food preparation, handling, sanitation, and safety standards is beneficial
Strong math skills for cash handling and basic calculations
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively
Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail
Previous kitchen or food industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
