Drive innovation in space technology as an AI&T; Manager at MDA Space in Sainte-Anne-de-Bellevue, QC. Lead the Assembly, Integration, and Test of cutting-edge steerable antenna systems. MDA Space is looking for an AI&T; Manager to champion program management and ensure successful project execution involving steerable antennas.

In this full time role, you'll manage resources, negotiate with stakeholders, and oversee production processes to meet customer expectations. Your leadership will guide the team to improve production lines and product delivery effectively. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate communication across program management and production
Manage AS&T; resources for program implementation
Provide strategic feedback to program managers and customers




Monitor daily production progress and cost assessments
Actively participate in design kick-off to ensure specification compliance Requirements:
Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Minimum 7 years of program/project management experience
Background in Assembly, Integration, and Test management
Proficient in French and English communications
