Werklund Centre is seeking a Manager, People & Culture to lead HR programs and guide leaders, managers, and staff across the organization. You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, development, performance management, and offboarding while ensuring compliance and alignment with our values.

You will also develop and manage our volunteer program, enhance employee engagement, and partner with the VP & COO on budgeting and workforce planning.
