You’ll oversee audits, manage customer expectations, and implement Lean methodologies to enhance product quality. Your leadership will foster a culture focused on prevention, accuracy, and compliance across all operations. Key Responsibilities:
Own and improve EMCC's quality management system
Lead internal and external audits, ensuring compliance
Develop inspection and test plans for all products
Manage corrective actions for nonconformities
Champion Lean initiatives to reduce defects and rework Requirements:
7+ years in quality management roles
Hands-on ISO 9001:2015 experience
Knowledge of CSA N299 or similar standards
Proficiency in Lean manufacturing and SPC
