Must haves:
10+ years of hands-on enterprise software development with C#, .NET Core / ASP.NET Core and legacy .NET Framework
Robust REST API development, authentication/authorization, JWT and OAuth2
Extensive Microsoft SQL Server / T-SQL development and performance tuning
Hands-on Microsoft Azure experience – App Service, Azure SQL, Storage, Event Hub, ADX, Key Vault, Application Insights and Azure Monitor
Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines and Git
Solid experience with multithreading, asynchronous programming, scalability and performance optimization
Experience with legacy application modernization, including WCF, Windows Services, Windows Forms, IIS and .NET Framework




Robust understanding of software architecture, design patterns, OOP, SDLC and Agile/Scrum

Strongly Preferred
Experience decomposing monolithic applications into modular services, APIs or microservices
Experience with DDD, API-first and event-driven architecture
Knowledge of HL7, FHIR and Mirth Connect
Experience migrating AngularJS applications to modern Angular
Experience with automated testing, secure development and application monitoring
