Responsibilities
Assist with all areas of kitchen operations.
May be given commands by kitchen manager and chef.
Keep the kitchen clean.
Prepare all types of Japanese food menu items.
The ability to multi-task and work well in a high volume/fast-paced work environment
Manage food prep activities, preparing sauces, cutting different types of dishes
Coordinate with servers to ensure proper cooking, considering special requests and food allergies
Monitor food stock, as needed




Maintain clean work environment in order to prevent food contamination
Sterilizing all utensils and equipment used in food preparation before every use
Maintain a positive and professional work environment
Other duties may be assigned

Experience:
Minimum more than 1 year of experience
Food Safety certification as required

Skills & Qualifications:
Able to communicate in English(Required), Japanese(Preferred),
Positive attitude and robust teamwork
Reliable, responsible, and punctual
Able to work well in a fast-paced setting
Weekend availability preferred
Previous experience is an asset
Willing to learn and grow
