Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing an exceptional first impression of the restaurant.
Manage seating arrangements, ensuring guests are seated promptly and comfortably.
Maintain an updated reservation system, balancing seating for walk-ins and reservations.
Communicate with the kitchen staff to keep them informed of guest arrivals and readiness for service.
Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues or complaints to ensure a positive dining experience.




Coordinate with the waitstaff to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is highly desirable.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Serving it Right certification or willingness to obtain it.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a rapid-paced environment.
Basic computer skills for managing reservations and guest information.
Part-time position with versatile schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Availability for peak dining hours and special events is essential.
