This role involves gathering and analyzing caller information to address physical and functional concerns effectively. Flexibility for nights and weekends may be required based on operational needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments via telephone

Oversee and mentor Therapy Aides and Assistants in practice Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy
