Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose patients' physical conditions and develop appropriate treatment plans
Implement treatment plans using various therapeutic techniques and modalities
Monitor and evaluate patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary
Educate patients and their families to empower patients inCollaborate their own healthcare journey
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
