Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service throughout their visit
Take accurate orders using Micros POS (Point of Sale) systems, ensuring swift and correct transactions
Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change with attention to detail and integrity
Prepare pizza ingredients and assemble orders following established recipes and food safety standards
Cook pizzas to perfection using kitchen equipment while maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities
Maintain a clean,



organized workspace adhering to sanitation and food handling regulations at all times

Skills
Proven experience in food preparation, food service, or restaurant environments
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for efficient order processing
Strong time management skills to handle busy periods smoothly
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
Knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety regulations
Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and inventory management
Kitchen experience with an understanding of food industry standards and serving protocols
Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining attention to detail in a quick-paced setting
