In this essential position, you will lead the integration of EHS protocols and continuous performance improvement. Your focus includes training employees, conducting audits, and maintaining compliance with local and federal regulations. Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate compliance with OSHA and EPA standards
Develop and lead EHS training initiatives
Analyze and communicate EHS performance data
Improve EHS procedures and manage workplace risks
Engage with safety teams to identify improvements Requirements:
5+ years of EHS experience with a Bachelor’s degree preferred
In-depth knowledge of safety regulations
Manufacturing experience is advantageous
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
