Enhance your nursing career at NHSGGC as a Band 5 Registered Nurse in the Queen Elizabeth National Spinal Injuries Unit. Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care for spinal cord injury patients in a supportive setting. This permanent role offers 36 hours a week within a agile multidisciplinary team at the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital.
You'll provide high-quality nursing care in both the Spinal High Dependency Unit and the Rehabilitation Ward, engaging with patients throughout their recovery journey. Develop specialized skills while ensuring dignity and independence for patients with complex needs. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver protected, effective nursing care for spinal injury patients
Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient treatment
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team for optimal outcomes
Participate in patient discharge and rehabilitation planning
Maintain high standards of care and patient dignity Requirements:
Valid NMC registration as a Registered Nurse
