Join Pangeo Group as an Onsite IT Administrator at the Vaughan plant, a pivotal build-and-run role focused on IT infrastructure installation and operational support. You'll oversee IT systems across all plant operations. In this critical role, your experience in IT infrastructure, network maintenance, and customer service will be essential.

Collaborate with contractors to manage server rooms, end-user devices, and network configurations effectively. Quickly respond to any infrastructure incidents while maintaining a smooth day-to-day operation. Key Responsibilities:
Support IT fit-out for the current plant and infrastructures
Act as first responder for network and server issues
Configure and manage user accounts in Active Directory
Provide onsite helpdesk support for office and shop-floor staff
Maintain accurate documentation for compliance audits Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of IT support experience
Diploma in IT or related field
Proficient in Windows Server, Active Directory, and Cisco networking
Solid communication skills and customer service abilities
