We are seeking a dependable and experienced Maintenance Person to join our Corporate Office team. This position is ideal for someone who is hands-on, flexible, and comfortable performing a variety of general maintenance and construction-related tasks.

The successful candidate must be able to work independently, operate maintenance equipment, respond to weather-related needs, and travel when required.

Responsibilities
Perform general building and property maintenance
Assist with various maintenance and construction projects
Operate a tractor, snow blower, carpet cleaner, and other maintenance equipment
Complete snow removal and other seasonal property maintenance
Be available on call for all snowstorms
Respond to maintenance needs as required
Travel to other locations when necessary
Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs

Qualifications
Previous maintenance and/or construction experience required
Valid driver’s licence required




Experience operating a tractor and other maintenance equipment is an asset
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs
Dependable and able to work independently
Willing and able to work 40+ hours per week
Adaptable availability, including some weekends and on-call work
Must be willing to travel overnight for up to one week at a time

Compensation & Benefits
Starting wage of $24.00–$27.00 per hour, depending on experience
