Responsibilities
Provide professional massage therapy services to clients, tailored to their individual needs and health goals
Manage your own schedule by booking appointments directly with clients
Maintain a clean, safe, and inviting treatment space in accordance with health and safety standards
Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expectations, and aftercare instructions
Keep detailed records of client sessions while respecting confidentiality and privacy regulations
Promote your services through word-of-mouth, social media,



or other marketing channels to grow your client base
Adhere to all licensing requirements, industry standards, and clinic policies at all times

Skills
Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to massage therapy and health conditions
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
Effective communication skills to clearly explain treatment procedures and address client concerns
Ability to build rapport quickly and foster trusting relationships with clients
Self-motivated with organizational skills to manage appointments independently
Knowledge of safety protocols and hygiene practices in a clinical setting
