We are seeking a dedicated and skilled line cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
Assist in the setup and breakdown of the kitchen before and after service.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours.
Monitor food stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Follow all food safety guidelines to ensure the health and safety of our guests.




Help train new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety protocols.

Experience
Previous experience in restaurants is preferred.
Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry.
Robust understanding of kitchen equipment and cooking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
A passion for cooking and willingness to learn current skills in the kitchen.
