As Maintenance

Supervisor, you will report to the Superintendent, Process Maintenance, and manage maintenance activities with a focus on safety and efficiency. You are expected to guide teams through various maintenance tasks and oversee shutdown management while fostering a positive work workplace. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this rapid-paced, technical setting. Key Responsibilities:
Lead shutdown management and job walkdowns effectively
Manage daily and weekly maintenance schedules efficiently




Collaborate with planners and coordinators on maintenance performance
Supervise employees and contractors for compliance
Maintain safety and environmental standards rigorously Requirements:
Valid Journeyperson ticket, technical diploma, or engineering degree
Experience in planning and executing maintenance work
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Supervisory experience is an asset
