We are seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer with solid technical expertise and leadership capability to guide mechanical design and execution across a diverse portfolio of energy projects. This role offers the opportunity to lead the mechanical team in a multidisciplinary environment, mentor engineers, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, safe, and reliable facilities from concept through execution.

What You'll Do





You are a technically strong mechanical engineer with proven leadership experience in an EPCM setting. You bring:
Skilled Engineer (P.Eng.) designation with APEGA
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
12–15 years of EPCM experience on oil and gas projects with significant experience in a lead role
Experience in planning and managing the scope, schedule, budget and coordination of project-based work
Strong experience with package engineering with a background in static and/or rotating equipment
Experience supporting conventional oil, heavy oil, SAGD, and/or sweet/sour gas projects
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
A detail, solutions-oriented, and quality-driven approach to engineering delivery
