Oversee daily maintenance of city facilities
Coordinate repairs and manage service contracts
Develop long-term facility management plans
Ensure operational compliance and performance analysis
Implement energy efficiency and safety programs Requirements:
Must hold a valid Ontario G Driver's License
Relevant degree or diploma in Facility Management
Five years of progressive experience required
Familiarity with procurement practices
