We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in our Door Manufacturing Plant. This hands-on leadership role requires robust communication and interpersonal skills to effectively guide employees in a custom manufacturing setting.

Your role will impact the efficiency and quality of our production processes significantly. Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily workflow and maintain safety standards
Track production performance and take corrective action
Mentor and develop a high-performing team
Oversee employee time management and performance reviews
Work with other departments to resolve production issues Requirements:
Minimum 5 years in a manufacturing or supervisory role
High school diploma or equivalent
Background in custom manufacturing strongly preferred
Knowledge of CNC operations is advantageous
