This role will involve assessing the needs of residents, developing care plans, and monitoring overall health, all while maintaining established nursing principles. Prior experience in a managerial role within home care is preferred. Key Responsibilities:
Adhere to nursing standards and physicians' orders during patient care
Monitor vital signs and document relevant health information




Assist with the assessment and planning of patient care
