Step into a pivotal role as a Licensed Practical Nurse at the Rocky Mountain House Health Centre. Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team to provide community-driven care. As a part time Licensed Practical Nurse, you will coordinate client-centered care in various settings while reporting to the Home Care Manager.
Your responsibilities include assessing and delivering care, ensuring effective schedules, and supporting team members. Drive service quality through robust leadership, adaptability, and excellent organizational skills in a community-focused healthcare setting. Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, monitor, and evaluate client care
Coordinate individualized care plans with clients and families
Support operational needs and staffing alignment
Lead team members and communicate with frontline staff
Apply conflict resolution and decision-making skills Requirements:
Completion of an accredited practical nurse program
Active registration with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta
Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
One year leadership and case management experience
Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle access Make a lasting impact on the lives of community members through dedicated nursing care and leadership.
