Take on an Outreach Support Role with The Salvation Army, providing crucial services to those impacted by homelessness. This position focuses on connecting clients to essential community resources. Your three-month commitment, with the possibility of extension, will be supported by the Outreach Supervisor.

In this role, you will assess client needs, connect them to services such as housing or addiction support, and perform necessary record-keeping tasks. You'll also network with local agencies to enhance outreach potential and engage deeply with the community. Key Responsibilities:
Develop trusting relationships with clients

Facilitate daily monitoring of client action plans Requirements:
High School education with related experience
Certifications in CPR/First Aid and Crisis Intervention
Valid Driver's License and clean criminal record
Understanding of homelessness and social services
